Can I reschedule my one-to-one sessions?

Yes, you can reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance. We allow up to 2 reschedules per session within your access period. Contact support to reschedule.

What if I have technical issues during a test?

Do you offer refunds?

How accurate is the AI scoring system?

Our AI scoring system is trained on thousands of IELTS samples and provides scores within ±0.5 bands of human examiners. It's designed to give you realistic practice and detailed feedback.

Can I take tests on mobile devices?

While our platform works on mobile devices, we strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best test-taking experience, especially for writing and speaking sections.

How long do I have access to my results?

Your test results and performance analytics remain accessible for 6 months after your plan expires. You can download your certificates and reports anytime during this period.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes, Premium plan subscribers receive a digital Certificate of Completion. All users can download detailed performance reports and scorecards for their records.
