At TechEmbers IELTS Mock Test, we understand that circumstances may change. Here's our cancellation policy for our subscription plans:

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 1 mock test.

Plan-Specific Cancellation Terms:

₹99 - Single Mock Test

Once accessed, this plan cannot be cancelled as it's a single-use service.

₹499 - Starter Plan (3 tests, 15 days)

Cancellable within 24 hours if no tests have been completed.

₹999 - Pro Plan (8 tests, 30 days)

Cancellable within 24 hours if no tests have been completed and live session hasn't been scheduled.

₹1999 - Premium Plan (20 tests, 60 days)

Cancellable within 24 hours if no tests have been completed and no one-to-one sessions have been scheduled.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Technical Issues: If our platform experiences prolonged downtime affecting your test experience
  • Service Not Delivered: If promised features (live sessions, one-to-one sessions) cannot be provided
  • Duplicate Charges: If you've been charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • 24-Hour Window: Cancellation within 24 hours with minimal usage as outlined above

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services already consumed (tests taken, sessions attended)
  • Cancellation requests after the 24-hour window
  • Dissatisfaction with test difficulty or scoring methodology
  • Change of mind after accessing premium features
  • Failure to use the service within the validity period

⚠️ Important Note

AI-generated feedback and scoring are delivered instantly upon test completion. Once you receive your results, the service is considered delivered and consumed.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected] within the eligible time frame
  2. Include your order number, registered email, and reason for refund
  3. Provide any supporting documentation (screenshots of technical issues, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Approval: Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • UPI/Wallet: Instant to 24 hours for digital wallet refunds

4. Live Session & One-to-One Session Policy

4.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • Pro Plan (Group Live Session): Can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session
  • Premium Plan (One-to-One Sessions): Can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session
  • No-shows without prior notice will be considered as consumed sessions
  • Technical issues on our end will result in a free makeup session

4.2 Session Cancellation

  • If we cancel a session, you'll receive a full credit for that session
  • Student cancellations with proper notice (as above) can be rescheduled once
  • Repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions

5. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds calculated as:

Partial Refund = (Unused Tests / Total Tests) × Subscription Amount - Processing Fee

*Processing fee: ₹50 for administrative costs

6. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Contact our customer support team for escalation
  2. Provide additional documentation or explanation
  3. We'll review your case with our senior team
  4. Final decisions will be communicated within 7 business days
